Annual Cluster meetings
The Urban Health Cluster holds official annual meetings to evaluate projects’ progress, plan common actions and engage with the European Union and local stakeholders as well as relevant projects and initiatives
Launch event
On 20-21 May 2021, representatives from the European Commission’s Directorate General Research and Innovation (DG RTD), project coordinators of the six Horizon 2020 projects funded in the frame of the call SC1-BHC-29-2020, representatives of European initiatives and Networks, international pioneers in the field of urban health and political decision-makers, met to launch the Urban Health Cluster in an open event.
More than 100 participants joined the Urban Health Cluster Launch Event which was
held in a virtual format.
1st Annual meeting
The Urban Health Cluster held its first annual meeting on 27-28 October, 2022.
Representatives from the European Commission DG RTD, UHC project coordinators and consortia members of the six H2020 projects, met with representatives of European Initiatives and Networks, for the second time to conclude on the UHC’s first year of actions and annual Urban Health Cluster.
2nd Annual meeting
The second Annual Meeting of the Urban Health Cluster is held on 8-9 June, 2023.
The 2-day annual meeting is hosted at Palazzo Hercolani, Strada Maggiore 45, at the city of Bologna, Italy. The UHC H2020 projects get together with European Commission representatives, researchers from the local ecosystem of Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna and outstanding scientists and experts from health/medical, urban planning and environmental fields across Europe and beyond.
